IMC's Custom Mascot Services
Professional Custom Mascot Services for Costumes At Work!
IMCs custom mascot services helps to maintain the longevity of a mascot costume as a long-term brand asset — one worth the same ongoing care as any other piece of branded organizational identity.
Most mascot programs don’t need just one service — they need all six working together over the costume’s lifetime. A new mascot typically starts with design and illustration, moves through full costume creation, and then relies on cooling and storage, cleaning and repair, and props or promotional artwork to stay performance-ready for years of use. Because every service is handled in-house by the same team, there’s no coordination between separate vendors — from the first sketch to ongoing maintenance, IMC manages the complete lifecycle of your mascot costume.
From concept sketch to full-color character art — the creative groundwork behind every costume.
In-house manufacturing from prototype to finished mascot, built to your specifications.
Performance-ready comfort and protection — cooling systems and costume storage in one place.
Extend your mascot beyond live appearances with custom campaign and marketing illustrations.
One Team, Every Stage of Your Mascot's Life
Working with a single manufacturer across design, production, and ongoing care means your mascot is handled by people who already know its construction, materials, and history — not a new vendor starting from scratch each time. Whether you’re ordering your first costume or maintaining one that’s been in service for years, IMC’s team manages every stage under one roof, backed by 43 years of manufacturing experience.
FAQs: Custom Mascot Costume Services
Have a question about which of our mascot services is right for your project, or how they work together? Here’s what buyers most often ask.
Which IMC service do I need for my mascot?
It depends on where you are in the process. Starting from scratch, begin with design and illustration. Need a costume built or need one maintained? Costume creation, cleaning and repair, or cooling and storage cover ongoing needs.
Can services be combined, like design and costume creation on the same order?
Yes. Most projects move through design, creation, and often cooling/storage together as one continuous order rather than separate purchases.
Do you offer these services for costumes IMC didn't originally build?
Yes, for cleaning and repair specifically — IMC services mascot costumes regardless of who manufactured them.
How do I get started with an IMC service?
Request a quote describing your costume or project, and our team will recommend the right service or combination of services for your needs.
Do mascot service prices vary by service type?
Yes. Costume creation typically ranges from $2,500 to $7,500 depending on complexity, with volume discounts for multiple units. Cleaning and minor repairs start at $395. Design, cooling and storage, props, and promotional artwork are quoted individually based on project scope — request a quote for a specific estimate.
